How to participate as an employee?
Bike to work
Cycle on your own or encourage as many colleagues as possible to cycle to work from May 18 to May 22. Colleagues without a lease bike can also participate. What's more, every kilometer counts, so it's not mandatory to participate on all five days.
Record your kilometers
Between May 18 and 22, you can enter your mileage directly on this page if your company is affiliated with Lease a Bike! By searching for your contract ID or company ID (your code in the Lease a Bike platform, consisting of 6 characters) and entering your mileage, your company's counter will start running automatically.
Enter to win great prizes
You automatically cycle for great prizes. In addition, for every kilometer an employee cycles to work, Lease a Bike donates €0.23 to Mobiel 21.

What is Mobiel 21?
Mobiel 21 is a non-profit organization committed to sustainable and equitable mobility. In 2011, they launched the “De Fietsschool” (The Cycling School) project, organizing practical training courses for people with limited mobility at more than 50 locations in Flanders. This gives them the opportunity to get on the road safely, independently, and with confidence. De Fietsschool uses our donation to invest in materials that really make a difference: training bikes, test bikes, and safety equipment for participants in their cycling lessons.
Every kilometer cycled during Bike to Work Days supports this mission and contributes to more accessible mobility for everyone.
Prize pool
8x VIP tickets for the Renewi Tour
The company with the highest number of kilometers wins 8 VIP tickets for a ride in the Renewi Tour (August 19-23). Eight colleagues will be able to experience the finish in one of the host cities live while enjoying the unique atmosphere surrounding the race.
Social ride with a real pro cyclist
The company with the most participants will win a unique social ride for its employees, accompanied by one of the professional cyclists from our Visma | Lease a Bike cycling team. Fifteen colleagues will be able to participate, and the Visma | Lease a Bike support vehicle will also join in!
€100 vouchers from BBB Cycling
The five employees who individually cycle the most kilometers will win one of the individual prizes. You could be in line for a $100 voucher for BBB products!

Stichting Leergeld
From May 18 to 21, Lease a Bike Netherlands will be cycling to raise money for Stichting Leergeld. With the proceeds from this initiative, Stichting Leergeld will donate bicycles to children from low-income families.
Freedom on bikes
From May 18 to 22, Lease a Bike Sweden is hitting the road for Freedom on Bikes. This organization strives for better cycling conditions across Sweden and promotes the use of bicycles for everyday transport.
SOS Children's Villages
From June 3rd to 7th, Lease a Bike Germany is cycling for SOS Children's Villages (SOS Kinderdorpen). They are committed to a world where all children have the perspective of a good life and are given equal opportunities.
